We manage end-to-end logistics tailored to commercial manufacturers, hospitality groups, retail partners, and municipal waste sites. Utilising custom collection methods and transport scheduling, mattresses are safely removed from your site, consolidated, and delivered to our facility with maximum spatial efficiency. 

Upon arrival at our processing facility, incoming units are logged and inspected to ensure optimal throughput. Materials are then loaded directly onto automated feed conveyors, eliminating heavy manual lifting and minimizing manual handling risks for our personnel. 

At the heart of our facility is an Australian-first processing line. Using advanced, purpose-designed mechanical shearing and multi-stage shredding units, the mattress core is safely dismantled. This stage rapidly liberates layered materials—separating outer quilting, backing fabrics, inner springs, and internal foams without destroying component integrity. 

Our automated line deploys precision magnetic separators, air-density classification, and screening technology to segregate material streams with exceptional purity:

• High-Purity Steel Extraction: Powerful magnetic systems isolate spring assemblies and internal steel wires, cleaning off textile residue to deliver premium-grade scrap metal for local steel mills.
• Foam Recovery & Density Sorting: Polyurethane foam fractions are extracted, cleaned, and baled into clean, high-density blocks ready for re-manufacturing into carpet underlay, insulation, or acoustic padding.
• Timber & Textile Management: Internal timber framing and backing fabrics are captured, shredded, and directed toward secondary industrial applications or specialized organic recovery.

Once processed and purified, recovered commodities are compressed, packaged, and dispatched to local manufacturing partners. By ensuring ultra-clean output streams, we guarantee that extracted steel, foam, timber, and textiles meet strict commercial standards for immediate re-use.
